Man on bike hit by car
Colby Dwayne Pfeiffer told police he was struck by a car while riding a bicycle in the Bartels Giant Burger parking lot around 2:36 a.m. on Friday, the Corning Police Department reported.
It appears the car was traveling westbound on Corning Road when it turned into the parking lot at 22355 Corning Road, and struck Pfeiffer, then left the scene traveling northbound on Barham Avenue.
Pfeiffer was able to get up and run to his home located near the scene of the collision, police said.
The car is described as a white Honda two door with tinted windows and blue neon colored headlights.
Suffering lacerations to his arm, Pfeiffer was taken by ambulance to an area hospital for treatment.
Police are investigating the collision as being an intentional act on the part of the vehicle.

After becoming well acquainted with the outer exterior, I stepped inside. Right away the wood trim accents caught my attention since it is a bit different from the average wood grain look. It is richer which goes along with its elegance. My eyes then diverted to the dual-pane sunroof, a standard feature of the 2011 GMC Acadia FWD Denali. Seating for up to 7 people is available. A little bit of warning for adult passengers seated in the third of three rows. The area is not meant for tall folks, therefore, for long trips I recommend third row passengers be under 5’8” tall as this could be a nightmare of discomfort. The driver and front passenger have the benefit of heated and cooled seats. Power seating, so good for lumbar support, is also standard. Unique to the second row is the smart slide feature that makes accessing the third row easier. The center console is also pretty standard. All controls on the dashboard and steering wheel are easy to access.
