Two Marquette Players on Suburban West Conference Team

Lindbergh had three first-team selections, including the leading scorer and top goalkeeper in the league. Senior forward Rachel Greer led the Suburban West in scoring with 18 goals. Junior goalkeeper Nina Tzianos had an outstanding season with 20 victories, including a league-leading 15 shutouts. She also led the league with a 0.76 goals-against average and a .088 save percentage. Senior defender Jen Jung was the Flyers’ other first-team player. Lauren Fussell was Oakville's lone first-team selection. The junior midfielder led the league with 10 assists. Mehlville's Kaela Luna was one of the league's most dangerous players. The sophomore forward had 13 goals and tied for the conference lead with five game-winning goals. Sophomore forward Kayla Farr was named first team from Fox, which went winless in eight league games.
