Dr. Osbahr has been a delegate to the AMA House of Delegates since 1998. He served two terms on the AMA Council on Science and Public Health and is the current chair. He has also been a member of the AMA Council on Medical Service. Dr. Osbahr is a past president of the North Carolina Medical Society and was appointed and served on the North Carolina Governor's Task Force on Public Health and the first review panel for the North Carolina Medical Board.
