TOWSON, MD. - Cromwell Valley Elementary Regional Magnet School of Technology, Deep Creek Middle School, Patapsco High School & Center for the Arts, Diane Young of Sollers Point Technical High School, Thomas Bullerman of Chesapeake High School STEM Academy, and a student from Eastern Technical High School each received national recognition at the 2011 Magnet Schools of America's 29th annual national conference. At the annual awards ceremonies, Cromwell Valley Elementary, Deep Creek Middle, and Patapsco High schools were recognized as 2011 Magnet Schools of Distinction.
